If you are making your first appointment, please click on the links and bring the completed forms with you to your first session. I will be happy to go over the information on the forms in our first meeting together. Also, if you are filing insurance, please find out your co-payment and if a deductible is to be met in order to be aware of your financial responsibility of therapy. This information can usually be found by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card and asking about benefits.

I accept BCBS and Aetna insurance. If you have a different policy or choose not to file insurance, the cost is $105 per session. Using insurance makes counseling extremely affordable with some co-payments starting at $5.00 per session, depending on the plan. I accept debit/credit, check, or cash payments.
